Weeks 1–2
Pain
Calm the pain down.
Hands-on care takes the edge off the irritated tissue and inflammation, starting your very first visit.
What We Treat
The ache that flares every time you grip, type, or lift. The pain that decides whether today gets anything done. It’s fixable, and it starts with a cause-first evaluation, not a guess.

Why It Happens
Your arm doesn’t hurt for no reason. And it’s almost never just one thing. It’s usually some mix of culprits: an irritated tendon that never fully settled, a joint that got stiff and stopped sharing the load, muscles that quietly weakened after an old injury, and daily habits, how you grip, type, and lift, that keep reloading the same spot before it heals.
None of that shows up on a quick glance. It takes a real, cause-first evaluation to sort out which one is actually driving your pain. That’s why rest, ice, or a generic stretch sheet so often falls short: they treat the symptom, not the source. Find the real cause, and the fix gets obvious.
The Honest Truth
Nobody regrets starting too early. Every week, someone in our clinic says they regret waiting.
How We Fix It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here’s what the four phases look like for an aching arm, wrist, or hand.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
Hands-on care takes the edge off the irritated tissue and inflammation, starting your very first visit.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
Targeted mobility work restores motion in the stiff joints that have been quietly guarding the injury.
Weeks 6–10
Perform
A progressive loading plan rebuilds the grip and arm strength the injury took from you.
Weeks 10+
Prevent
Your gripping, typing, and lifting mechanics get tested under real load before you’re cleared to go all-in: that’s the endpoint, not just another appointment.
Absolutely loved working with Andy, the hand specialist here. I injured my wrist and was worried that I would need surgery. After reviewing my MRI, he put together a clear plan that completely helped my wrist. I’m now back to working out and even doing pushups again with no support! Really glad I found this clinic.

No. You can book directly, no referral needed. Plenty of elbow, wrist, and hand pain improves without imaging, and an MRI rarely changes the first steps of care. If you already have a scan, we will review it. We start with a cause-first evaluation to find what is actually driving your pain, and if imaging ever becomes genuinely necessary, we will help you get it.
Often it is not. Many people come in braced for surgery and get better with hand therapy instead. The sooner you start the better, but it is rarely too late to try a conservative plan first. We work one-on-one with a Certified Hand Therapist, every visit, to find the cause and build a clear plan around it.
Most people feel meaningful change within a few visits. A full plan runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, typically over 8 to 10 weeks, depending on how long you've been dealing with it. Either way, you get a plan with an endpoint: you'll always know which phase you're in and what's left, not an open-ended string of appointments.
